Shanghai: Establish a "mutual recognition list" of technology policies in the Yangtze River Delta, and form a major technology infrastructure alliance in the Yangtze River Delta.
The Shanghai "15th Five-Year Plan" themed series of press conferences will be held on February 11th. Luo Dajin, the director of the Shanghai Municipal Science and Technology Commission, stated that Shanghai aims to work together with the three provinces of Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Anhui to jointly build a world-class source of scientific and technological innovation. Building on the foundation of continued efforts in cross-regional sharing of scientific instruments and universal exchange of technology innovation vouchers, Shanghai will establish a "recognition list" of science and technology policies in the Yangtze River Delta, an "open list" of application scenarios, and form an alliance for major science and technology infrastructure, create an integrated test field, promote the sharing and utilization of resources such as scientific data, biological resources, and technology information, making various innovation elements more smoothly flow. The Central Economic Work Conference held in December last year specified the construction of international science and technology innovation centers in Beijing, Shanghai, and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. This indicates that the Shanghai International Science and Technology Innovation Center will expand to the Yangtze River Delta.
