Baidu Online Network Technology Co., Ltd. was established in January 2000, with the legal representative being Cui Shanshan and a registered capital of 45.2 million USD. Its business scope includes the development and production of computer software, undertaking computer network system engineering, computer system integration, etc. Shareholder information shows that the company is wholly owned by Baidu Holdings Limited. According to media reports, in October last year, Baidu officially launched the new brand "Baidu Wenxin Assistant," replacing the previous "Baidu AI Search."
