According to the Qichacha app, Shanghai Integrated Circuit Industry Investment Fund Phase III Limited Partnership underwent a business change recently, adding Shanghai Guotou Leading Integrated Circuit Private Equity Investment Fund Limited Partnership as a partner, and increasing the contribution amount from 5.3 billion yuan to 60.3 billion yuan. Qichacha information shows that the company was established in March 2025, with its business scope including activities sucha as equity investment, investment management, and asset management through private equity funds.
