He has previously served as the Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of the Maoming Branch of China Unicom Guangdong Province, General Manager of the Human Resources Department of the Guangdong Province Branch, Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of the Guangzhou Branch, Member of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager of the Guangdong Province Branch, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of the Guangdong Province Branch, and concurrently Chairman of Unicom Industrial Internet Co., Ltd. He has also served as Vice General Manager and member of the Party Group of China United Network Communications Group Co., Ltd., Director, General Manager, and Deputy Secretary of the Party Group of China Mobile Communications Group Co., Ltd. He is currently serving as the Deputy Director and member of the Party Group of the National Radio and Television Administration.
