Tesla appoints European executive to oversee global electric vehicle sales.

Amidst the challenges faced by Tesla's automotive business and recent management shake-ups, the company has appointed the head of its European operations to oversee global electric vehicle sales. Joe Ward, Vice President of Tesla's Europe, Middle East, and Africa region, will be responsible for the company's sales, service, and delivery operations. Prior to this appointment, Tesla's North America sales director had resigned, becoming the latest in a series of recent departures of top executives at the electric car manufacturer.
