Tech Firm Lanqi announced in Hong Kong that the overall coordinator will exercise all the excess rights offerings as stated in the prospectus on February 10, 2026, involving a total of 9,883,500 H shares, accounting for approximately 15.0% of the total number of shares available for subscription under the global offering. The Hong Kong Stock Exchange has approved the listing and trading of the excess rights offering shares. It is expected that the excess rights offering shares will be listed and traded on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange starting at 9:00 am on February 13, 2026.
