National Data Bureau issues document on public data resource authorization operation information disclosure

In order to strengthen the standardized management of public data resource authorization and operation, accept social supervision, the National Data Bureau Integrated Department publicly released a notice on the work of information disclosure for the operation of public data resources authorization. The notice requires that local data management departments at or above the county level, as well as data management agencies of national industry supervisory departments, guide and supervise implementing agencies and operating agencies to carry out information disclosure work. Implementing agencies should disclose information about themselves, authorization information for public data resources, and the upper limit of fees for public data operation services. Operating agencies should disclose information about themselves, authorized public data resources information, lists of public data resource products and services, and specific fee standards for public data resource products and services. It is reported that information disclosure will be conducted on an annual basis, and after the operation of public data resource authorization is carried out, implementing agencies and operating agencies should disclose the situation of the previous year's authorization operation by the end of March each year.
