Due to personal financial needs, she plans to reduce her holdings by no more than 4.176 million shares through centralized bidding within 15 trading days from the disclosure date, and within 3 months from the day after the expiration of the 15th trading day, not exceeding 1% of the total share capital of the company; reduce by no more than 8.3519 million shares through block trading, not exceeding 2% of the total share capital of the company; a total reduction of no more than 12.5279 million shares, not exceeding 3% of the total share capital of the company.
