Jinpu Titanium Industry: Nanjing titanium dioxide production temporarily halted from today, expected to have no significant impact on production and operation.

Jinpu Titanium Industry announced on February 10th that, due to the current financial situation and production conditions of the company, as well as the upcoming Spring Festival with some chemical companies stopping production, the demand for titanium dioxide has decreased. The company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Nanjing Titanium White Chemical Co., Ltd., has ceased acid decomposition feeding starting today, and will gradually complete the downstream processes to halt production. It is planned to gradually resume grinding and acid decomposition feeding by the end of February 2026, and then sequentially restart the downstream processes. The temporary shutdown of Nanjing Titanium White is not expected to have a significant impact on the company's production and operations in 2026.
