ST Mingcheng: Reject all litigation requests from the plaintiff Beijing Fusheng.

Recently, ST Mingcheng announced that the company has received a civil judgment from the Intermediate People's Court of Wuhan, Hubei Province, rejecting all of the plaintiff Beijing Fusheng's lawsuits. On August 20, 2025, the company disclosed a public announcement about the major litigation involving the company on designated media. The plaintiff Beijing Fusheng Investment Management Co., Ltd. sued the company for false statements causing it losses, claiming compensation of RMB 244 million and litigation costs.
