According to the website of the People's Government of Zhejiang Province, the "Outline of the Fifteenth Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development of Zhejiang Province" was officially released on February 10th. It proposes focusing on the construction of a national leading core industrial cluster in areas such as embodied intelligence and smart driving, promoting innovation in smart products and smart terminals, and constructing a coordinated development pattern of the entire industry chain of chips, big models, smart bodies, and application services. It aims to strengthen the echelon of artificial intelligence enterprises, encourage technology enterprises to collaborate with leading manufacturing enterprises to build benchmarks in the artificial intelligence industry. By 2030, the operating income of the core artificial intelligence industries in scale will reach 1.2 trillion yuan. It also seeks to accelerate the development and application of smart bodies, promote leading enterprises to create innovative service platforms for industry chain cooperation, innovative design, content creation, and software development based on smart body applications. It also aims to cultivate indigenous artificial intelligence software companies, promote the intelligent transformation of traditional software, and provide more efficient and inclusive technical support for smart body developers. It will accelerate business model innovation such as "model as a service" and "smart body as a service", to promote the deepening of smart body application scenarios, cross-industry integration, and widespread consumption.
