A residential land in Chengdu's Jinjiang district was put up for sale on February 10th, with a planned construction area of 29,769.05 square meters. The initial floor price was set at 16,500 yuan per square meter, equivalent to a starting price of 491 million yuan. In the end, the plot was acquired by the Chengdu Jinjiang District Unified Construction Co., Ltd. with a winning bid of 20,300 yuan per square meter, resulting in a total transaction price of 604 million yuan, with a premium rate of 23.03%.
