Cangzhou Mingzhu announced that on February 10, 2026, it received a letter from its former controlling shareholder, Dongshu Group, stating that some of its shares had been released from pledge. On February 6, Dongshu Group released a total of 94,626,562 shares, accounting for 30.14% of its holdings, and on the same day, transferred 166,539,465 shares through an agreement, no longer being the controlling shareholder. On February 9, it released an additional 43,373,438 shares, accounting for 29.43%. As of the disclosure date of the announcement, Dongshu Group and its concerted parties have pledged a total of 104,000,000 shares, accounting for 65.16% of its holdings. The pledged shares do not carry the risk of margin calls and do not affect the company's operations.
