On February 9th, Standard & Poor's was requested by Sun Hung Kai Properties Insurance Limited (referred to as "Sun Hung Kai Properties Insurance") to withdraw the company's "A-" long-term local currency issuer credit rating and financial strength rating. The outlook before the withdrawal of the rating was positive.
