Tencent Health: Strategic partnership in drug development with Concord Medical

In the announcement on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, YingSi Intelligence has reached a strategic cooperation agreement with Kangzhi Pharmaceutical for drug research and development. Both parties will collaborate on a series of innovative drug research and development projects in the central nervous system and autoimmune disease fields empowered by AI. According to the terms of the agreement, they will combine YingSi Intelligence's validated AI platform and AI-empowered drug research and development capabilities with Kangzhi Pharmaceutical's experienced research and development team and deep understanding of the disease field to jointly advance the development of at least 2 research projects. At the same time, YingSi Intelligence is expected to receive up to tens of millions of Hong Kong dollars in research and development support for each project.
