According to informed sources familiar with the situation, Alphabet Inc.'s USD bond issuance has attracted over $100 billion in subscriptions; the issuance size is expected to be around $15 billion. The strong demand for this subscription is rare in corporate bond issuances, demonstrating investors' keen interest in AI-related bonds. Just last week, Oracle raised $25 billion through a bond issuance, attracting a record $129 billion in demand. Alphabet also authorized banks to arrange potential Swiss franc and pound bond issuances, including a rare 100-year pound bond.
