Announcement by Inspur Group: The company plans to issue convertible bonds to unspecified investors, with a total amount not exceeding RMB 8,000,000.00 million. The funds raised, after deducting issuance costs, will be used for projects including advanced computing power cluster systems for artificial intelligence, next-generation high-performance AI training and reasoning integrated machines, and domestically produced advanced storage systems. Before the funds are raised through the issuance of convertible bonds, the company will invest in the projects using its own funds or external financing based on the progress of the projects, and will replace them with the raised funds according to relevant laws and regulations after the funds are raised.
