Ningde Times announced on February 9th that the company plans to implement the A-share employee stock ownership plan for 2026. The participating targets are middle-level management personnel and core key personnel of the company, with a total of 4956 people being initially granted. The total shareholding scale is not more than 404.6802 million shares, accounting for 0.09% of the current total share capital of the company. The transfer price for this stock ownership plan is 183.64 yuan per share.
