Kostana: Controlling shareholder Ningbo Kostana plans to reduce its shareholding by not more than 1%

CoStar announced that its controlling shareholder, Ningbo CoStar Entrepreneurship Investment Partnership, plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 5.8222 million shares within three months after the announcement, through block trading or centralized bidding, accounting for 1% of the company's total share capital. The reason for the reduction is for its own capital needs, and the shares are derived from shares and equity distributed before the initial public offering.
