San Bo Shuo announced that shareholder J.LU INVESTMENTS LLC, holding more than 5% of the shares, has completed the transfer of a portion of the shares to Qihou Asset Transfer Company through an agreement. The number of shares transferred in this agreement is 13.8 million, accounting for 5.66% of the total share capital of the company, and 5.69% of the total share capital after excluding the repurchased shares. The transfer price is 13.95 yuan per share, with a total transfer price of 193 million yuan. The transfer date is February 6, 2026. Before and after the transfer, J.LU's shareholding percentage decreased from 19.52% to 13.86%, while Qihou Asset's shareholding percentage increased from 0% to 5.66%.
