China Eastern Airlines: China Eastern Airlines transfers 49% equity of China Eastern Airlines Supply Chain through import and export.

China Eastern Airlines announced that its subsidiary, Donghai Import and Export, and the controlling shareholder of China Eastern Airlines Group's subsidiary, Donghai Logistics, have signed a stock transfer agreement. Donghai Import and Export will transfer 49% of its equity in Shanghai Donghai Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd to Donghai Logistics for approximately 200 million yuan. After the transaction is completed, Donghai Import and Export will no longer hold equity in Donghai Supply Chain, which will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Donghai Logistics. This transaction constitutes a related party transaction and does not constitute a major asset restructuring.
