Huaxin Securities: Intends to increase capital for Huafu Fund, has signed a capital increase agreement awaiting approval.

Huaxun Securities announced that the proposal to increase capital for Huafu Fund and related transactions was approved at the 30th meeting of the fourth board of directors of the company. Recently, Huafu Fund held its first shareholder meeting in 2026 to approve the "Proposal on Capital Increase". The company has signed an agreement with Anhui Credit Financing Guarantee Group, Hefei Xingtai Financial Holdings, and Huafu Fund to complete the "Agreement on the Capital Increase of Huafu Fund Management Co., Ltd.". The agreement will take effect after approval from the China Securities Regulatory Commission for the change in equity ownership matters.
