Aopumai announced that the company and/or its wholly-owned subsidiaries plan to participate in the establishment of the industry fund Aochuang Lead as limited partners, with a total capital subscription not exceeding 300 million yuan using their own funds, and the total fundraising size is expected to be 1 billion yuan. In November 2025, the company signed a "Partnership Agreement" with an initial investment size of 500 million yuan. On February 6, 2026, Aochuang Lead completed the private equity fund filing with the registration code SBNQ76. At the same time, there are risks such as the fundraising amount and income being lower than expected.
