On February 9th, according to Counterpoint's "February Memory Price Tracking Report", as of the first quarter of 2026, memory prices have surged by 80%-90% compared to the previous quarter, reaching an unprecedented record high. The main driver of this surge is the significant increase in prices of general server DRAM. In addition, NAND flash memory, which showed relatively stable performance in the fourth quarter, also rose by 80%-90% in the first quarter. Combined with the increase in prices of some HBM3e products, the market is experiencing a comprehensive acceleration in prices across all product categories and sectors. For example, the contract price of a 64GB RDIMM server memory has increased from $450 in the fourth quarter to over $900 in the first quarter, with expectations to surpass $1000 in the second quarter.
