According to the Qi Cha Cha app, recently, there has been a business change in Shanghai Jinqi Technology Co., Ltd., with its registered capital increasing from 2 million RMB to approximately 1.198 billion RMB. Qi Cha Cha shows that Shanghai Jinqi Technology Co., Ltd. was established in November 2025 and is fully owned by SAIC General Motors Corporation Limited, a subsidiary of SAIC Group.
