Chery Automobile established two new automotive companies on the same day, with a total registered capital of 100 million.

Tianyancha business information shows that on February 3rd, Anhui Yuepai Automobile Co., Ltd. and Anhui Aika Automobile Co., Ltd. were established, with Zhang Shengshan and Chen Chunqing as the legal representatives, and registered capital of 50 million RMB each. Their business scopes include automobile sales, whole vehicle sales of new energy vehicles, retail of automobile parts, sales agency, import and export of goods, and information consulting services. Shareholder information shows that the two aforementioned companies are wholly owned by Chery Automobile Co., Ltd.
