Many newly-listed companies on the New Third Board have completed the registration filing for listing guidance on the Beijing Stock Exchange.

Since the fourth quarter of 2025, the frequency of IPO issuance review meetings held by the Beijing Stock Exchange has significantly increased. According to statistics, in the first week of February 2026, more than ten companies listed on the New Third Board completed the filing for listing guidance on the Beijing Stock Exchange. Some of these companies have not yet entered the innovation layer, and have not been listed for less than 12 months. According to the relevant rules, listed companies must enter the innovation layer before they can apply for a public offering of shares and list on the Beijing Stock Exchange.
