Aixu Stock: Acquires patents for Maxeon's BC batteries and components worth over 1.6 billion yuan.

Aixu Corporation announced that it has signed a "Patent License Agreement" with Maxeon on February 5, 2026, obtaining the rights to all new BC battery and component patents in addition to those in the United States for the next 5 years, without involving reverse licensing. The total patent licensing fee is 1.65 billion yuan, which will be paid in installments over the next 5 years, with the first year being 250 million yuan. This matter has been reviewed by the board of directors and does not constitute a related party transaction or a major asset restructuring. However, there are risks in terms of the fulfillment of the agreement, revenue, license exclusivity, and renewal.
