China Resources Sanjiu announced that in 2025, its total operating income was 31.629 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 14.53%; net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company was 3.422 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 1.60%. Operating profit was 4.848 billion yuan, an increase of 8.34% year-on-year; total profit was 4.86 billion yuan, an increase of 5.81% year-on-year. After deducting non-recurring items, the net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company was 3.156 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 1.23%. At the end of 2025, the total assets were 58.807 billion yuan, an increase of 46.72% compared to the same period of the previous year, mainly due to the acquisition of Tianji Pharmaceutical Group.
