Xinru Intelligence recently announced the completion of a B+ round of financing from CICC, with an amount in the tens of millions. It is reported that the company's self-developed AI application-driven chip yield management platform YMS has served 15 large wafer factories. This round of financing will be used for the layout of high-end quantity detection equipment, upgrading the ChipSeek large model to version 2.0, and other strategic directions. According to reporters, this is the first layout of CICC in the field of key semiconductor software domestic substitution. Data shows that the probability of Xinru Intelligence's financing forecast for the next two years is 93.15% as of February 2026.
