Tong Fucai, former Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of Sinopec Jiangsu Sales Company, is under disciplinary review and investigation.

According to the disciplinary inspection and supervision group of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the National Supervisory Commission stationed at China National Petroleum Corporation and the Jiangsu Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision, Tong Fucai, former deputy party secretary and general manager of China Petroleum Jiangsu Sales Company, is suspected of serious violations of discipline and law. He is currently undergoing disciplinary review by the disciplinary inspection and supervision group of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the National Supervisory Commission stationed at China National Petroleum Corporation, and investigation by the Jiangsu Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision.
