Zhongguancun announced that the company signed a framework agreement for the construction of a traditional Chinese medicine and raw material medicine production base with Huachuan County People's Government on February 6th, planning to build an industry-leading traditional Chinese medicine and raw material medicine production base in Huachuan County with an area of approximately 100-200 acres. This base will enhance the company's production capacity in the traditional Chinese medicine and raw material medicine industry, with funding to be raised by the company. However, this is a framework agreement, and the formal agreement can only be signed after approval by the company's board of directors, with the specific implementation, progress, and returns still uncertain.
