New Australia Group announced that on February 5 and February 6, 2026, it received pledge disclosure letters from its controlling shareholder New Australia International and shareholder New Australia Holdings. New Australia International holds 1.371 billion shares, accounting for 44.27% of the total share capital. The current pledge is 110 million shares, accounting for 8.03% of its holdings, and 3.55% of the total share capital; New Australia Holdings holds 375 million shares, accounting for 12.10% of the total share capital. The current pledge is 30 million shares, accounting for 8.01% of its holdings, and 0.97% of the total share capital. As of the disclosure date of the announcement, New Australia International and its concerted action parties collectively hold 2.243 billion shares, accounting for 72.47% of the total share capital, with a total of 595 million shares pledged, accounting for 26.54% of their total holdings, and 19.23% of the total share capital.
