Xu Jidian announced that on February 6, 2026, they received a written resignation report from Xu Tao. Due to a job transfer, Xu Tao resigned from his positions as director and member of the board's special committee, originally scheduled to serve until the completion of the ninth board term. After resigning, Xu Tao no longer holds any position in the company, and does not hold any company shares. The resignation did not result in the board members falling below the required number by law. The resignation report took effect upon delivery, and Xu Tao has completed the handover of work, which will not affect the company's operations. The company will promptly appoint a new director.
