According to statistics from the Shenzhen Real Estate Intermediary Association, in January 2026, a total of 6,802 second-hand houses were recorded in Shenzhen, a month-on-month increase of 2.9% and a year-on-year significant increase of 45.5%, reaching a new high in nearly 10 months.
