Huatian Hotel Announcement: Hunan Sports Industry Group Co., Ltd. intends to acquire 95% of the shares of Hunan Tourism Group through the transfer of state-owned equity for no consideration, thus indirectly controlling 32.48% of the shares of Huatian Hotel. This acquisition still needs to go through the antitrust review process for concentration of operators, and complete the business change registration process of transferring 95% of the shares of Hunan Tourism Group to Hunan Ti Chan Group.
