According to the announcement of Shengsheng Biology, the company and its holding subsidiary, Wuhan Chongli Biological Technology Co., Ltd., intend to transfer 80% of the equity of Wuhan Shengchong Technology Co., Ltd. held in aggregate to Wuhan Xingzhishang Technology Partnership Enterprise, with a total equity transfer price of RMB 5.52 million. After the transaction is completed, the company will hold 20% of the equity of Wuhan Shengchong, and Wuhan Shengchong will no longer be included in the company's consolidated financial statements.
