Easyview announced that the company's initial public offering of stocks and application for listing on the Science and Technology Innovation Board have been approved by the Shanghai Stock Exchange and registered by the China Securities Regulatory Commission. This offering consists of 25 million new shares, representing 25% of the total shares outstanding after the offering. The total number of shares outstanding after the offering will be 100 million, with an offering price of 55.95 yuan per share. The total amount raised will be 1.399 billion yuan, with a net amount of 1.282 billion yuan. The raised funds will be used for projects such as the industrialization base for machine vision products. In addition, executives and core staff members will participate in a strategic placement of 1.6231 million shares, and the sponsor's subsidiary will follow suit with a subscription of 1 million shares.
