On February 5th, Wanneng Power announced that Fang Shiqing has resigned from his positions as director and general manager of the company due to work adjustment reasons. The board of directors has agreed to nominate Xu Wengong as a candidate for the 11th board of directors and appoint him as the general manager of the company.
