On February 5th, Zhejiang Securities Regulatory Bureau announced the decision to issue a warning letter to Zhejiang Zhaosheng Technology Co., Ltd. and related personnel. During the listing application and listing period of Zhaosheng Technology, the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller, Jiang Lei, was found to have held company shares on behalf of Chen Erming and Ye Jianli, involving 100,000 shares, accounting for 1% of the total share capital at the time of listing. The aforementioned shareholding proxy resulted in unclear ownership of the company's equity and inaccurate disclosure of shareholder holding information in public offering prospectuses, stock issuance reports, and related periodic reports. As of July 2020, the shareholding proxy has been resolved. Chairman and then General Manager Jiang Lei, former director and vice general manager Chen Erming, and former director and vice general manager Ye Jianli are primarily responsible for the company's actions. According to regulations, Zhejiang Securities Regulatory Bureau has decided to issue warning letters to the company, Jiang Lei, Chen Erming, and Ye Jianli, respectively, as a regulatory measure and record them in the integrity files of the securities and futures markets.
