Nikon is forecasted to incur a loss of 85 billion Japanese yen in the fiscal year 2025.

Nikon disclosed on February 5th that it is expected to incur a final consolidated loss of 85 billion yen by March 2026, compared to the previously estimated profit of 20 billion yen. This downward revision is mainly due to impairment losses recorded in its metal 3D printing business.
