The Oriental Pearl announced that on November 29, 2025, the company disclosed its intention to invest 499.9 million yuan to participate in the establishment of the Hefei Huaxin Mingzhu Equity Investment Partnership Enterprise, accounting for approximately 49.99% of the fund's fundraising scale, and serving as a limited partner. On February 4, 2026, the company received notification that the special investment fund had completed all of its paid-in capital, with a total raised fund of 1 billion yuan. The original limited partner, Hefei Huaxin Qiuyao Equity Investment Partnership Enterprise, transferred its investment share, and all partners signed a new partnership agreement.
