Arm Holdings reported a total revenue of $1.24 billion in the third quarter, slightly exceeding analysts' expectations of $1.23 billion. The third quarter annualized contract value was $1.62 billion, higher than analysts' forecast of $1.52 billion. The third quarter revenue from usage fees was $737 million, slightly surpassing analysts' forecast of $710.1 million. Revenue from licenses and other sources in the third quarter was $505 million, lower than analysts' expectations of $520.1 million. It is expected that the fourth quarter revenue will be between $1.42 billion and $1.52 billion, with analysts forecasting $1.43 billion.
