Report: Stellantis faces delivery delays of Peugeot electric cars due to ACC factory bottleneck.

According to sources, due to manufacturing difficulties faced by battery supplier Automotive Cells Co., some electric vehicle models owned by Stellantis NV are facing delivery delays. Pure electric models such as Peugeot 3008 and 5008 have seen their delivery times pushed back by up to eight months due to technical failures in the long-range batteries produced by ACC. Currently, ACC is only able to supply about 1,000 cars worth of batteries per month, far below its initial target; the company is currently considering cost reduction measures in France to mitigate the financial impact of the manufacturing bottleneck.
