The 2026 Chinese New Year gathering hosted by the Liaison Office of the Central People's Government in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region was held on the 4th at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Center. On behalf of the Liaison Office of the Central People's Government in Hong Kong, Director Zhou Ji attended and delivered a speech, representing the Central Liaison Office, the State Council Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office, and the Liaison Office of the Central Government in Hong Kong, to extend the warmest New Year greetings to the people of Hong Kong.
