Chicago soybean futures skyrocketed in the short term.

CBOT soybean futures saw a short-term surge, rising 1.60% overall during the day; soybean meal futures rose by about 0.6%, and soybean oil futures increased by 1.7%. CBOT corn futures rose by 0.4%, while wheat futures quickly regained lost ground. The Bloomberg Grains Index surged from around 28.90 points, hitting a daily high of 29.4749 points, with an overall increase of 1.10% during the day.
