Jiang Shun Technology: Appoints Zhang Zhenfeng as General Manager, and Chen Jinhong as Deputy General Manager.

On February 4th, Jiangshun Technology announced that due to work adjustments, Zhang Ligang resigned from the position of General Manager, but will continue to serve as the Chairman of the Board and relevant roles in the Board Committee; Lei Yijin resigned from the position of Vice General Manager, but will continue to hold other positions in the company. After qualification examination by the Nomination Committee of the Board of Directors, Zhang Zhenfeng has been appointed as the General Manager of the company, and Chen Jinhong has been appointed as the Vice General Manager. Zhang Zhenfeng, born in 1985, is a Chinese national with no permanent residency abroad, and holds a master's degree. From January to June 2008, he worked as an engineer at the Institute of Plasma Physics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences; from July 2008 to August 2012, he worked in the General Office of the company; from September 2012 to November 2013, he served as the Technical Manager of Jiangsu Jiangshun Precision Electromechanical Equipment Co., Ltd.; from December 2013 to January 2019, he was the Vice General Manager of Jiangsu Jiangshun Precision Electromechanical Equipment Co., Ltd.; from February 2019 to present, he has been in charge of the company's Electromechanical Business Division; and from December 2020 to present, he has been a member of the Board of Directors of the company.
