The Ministry of Finance will issue RMB 14 billion worth of national bonds in Hong Kong in February.

According to the relevant work arrangements, the Ministry of Finance will issue the first tranche of RMB Treasury Bonds in Hong Kong Special Administrative Region on February 11, 2026, with an issuance size of 14 billion yuan. The specific issuance arrangements will be announced in the Hong Kong Monetary Authority's Central Clearing System for Debt Instruments.
