Qingdao Weiao announced that Tangshan Ruize Equity Investment Management Center, a shareholder holding more than 5% of the shares, is executing a reduction plan. On February 3, 2026, they reduced 902,500 shares through block trading, accounting for 0.23% of the total number of company shares. Their stake in the company decreased from 6.05% to 5.83%. Ruize Investment has previously reduced its holdings multiple times. This equity change does not trigger a tender offer and will not change the company's controlling shareholder or ultimate controller. The reduction plan has not yet been completed.
