Jiamei Packaging announced that the last conversion date for "Jiamei Convertible Bonds" is February 5, 2026. Any bonds that have not been converted after the market closes on that day will cease to be convertible. The redemption registration date is also February 5, 2026, and the redemption date is February 6, with a redemption price of 100.893 yuan per bond. "Jiamei Convertible Bonds" will stop trading on February 3, stop being convertible on February 6, and will be delisted from the Shenzhen Stock Exchange after redemption is completed. If the bonds are still not converted by the close of February 5, they will be forcibly redeemed, and investors may face losses.
